1. Who We Are
Sarpa Social is a boutique online business and content management agency registered in New Zealand. We support spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, healers, yoga teachers, and creatives by providing digital marketing, social media, and virtual assistance services. All services are delivered under the direction of Christina Miller.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use our website and services.

Our offerings include but are not limited too:
- Consultation Services
- Social media and content management
- Virtual assistant services
- Launch strategy and execution
- Copywriting for blogs, websites, and emails
- Course creation support
- Discovery calls and consultations
- All services will be clearly outlined and confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Payments and Taxes
For monthly packages, payment is required in accordance with the signed contract between us and the client. For one-off consultation services, payment is required in full before services will commence. Prices on the website are listed in USD. For clients based in New Zealand, we charge in NZD at the rate of conversion from USD to NZD at that date. For New Zealand clients 15% GST will be added onto the quoted price in accordance with New Zealand tax legislation. i
We accept payment via Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer. If you are GST-registered in New Zealand, you may be eligible to claim GST in your return. GST does not apply to clients based outside New Zealand.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any digital products, service packages, strategy calls, or content creation work. By purchasing, you agree to this no-refund policy. Contracts can be terminated with 20 working days notice.
We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing to ensure the service is right for you.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Sarpa Social, you agree to:
- Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner
- Provide all materials, approvals, and logins needed for project delivery
- Adhere to agreed timelines
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery of content due to not receiving information or assets from the client. No credit or refunds will be given for missed deliverables in these cases.
7. Intellectual Property
Content created by Sarpa Social remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, you may use the content for your business. You may not resell or redistribute it without written consent.
8. Intellectual Property – Original Content by Sarpa Social
In addition to content created for clients, Sarpa Social owns the copyright and intellectual property for all original content created by Christina Miller and published under the Sarpa Social brand. This includes but is not limited to:
- Blog posts
- Social media content
- Email newsletters
- Workbooks, guides, and templates
- Digital downloads such as planners or checklists
- Online course content
- Brand photography and graphics
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written permission. Sharing links to public blog posts or social media posts for educational purposes is permitted provided proper credit is given to Sarpa Social and the content remains unaltered.
Unauthorised use of Sarpa Social’s content is a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, strategy, and business operations as confidential and do not disclose information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sarpa Social is not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to third-party tools such as Instagram or Kajabi
- Losses or delays caused by inaccurate client-provided information
- Any indirect or consequential losses from using our site or services
- While we take care to provide high-quality services, outcomes and results are not guaranteed.
10. Cookies and Website Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and collect analytical data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if desired.
11. Affiliate Disclosure
We occasionally recommend tools and platforms using affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you purchase through them. This does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend tools we use and trust.
